2014
Founded with a focus on

New Heights was established on 4th October 2014, beginning as a modest business enterprise providing shipping agency, forwarding services, and logistical support to a small group of local private clients. From day one, we focused on building lasting relationships through dependable service, integrity, and attention to detail.
2017
Expanded to serve international clients
As our operations grew, so did our aspirations. We embraced change, welcomed challenges, and continuously sought ways to enhance our services. Through strategic partnerships, innovation, and a strong commitment to service excellence, we gradually expanded our reach beyond Brunei—supporting a growing base of international clients while preserving the values that defined our early success.
2019
Became a Private Limited Organization
On 31st July 2019, in response to our sustained growth and evolving operational needs, New Heights transitioned into a Private Limited Organization. This milestone strengthened our internal structure, improved financial transparency, and positioned us for sustainable growth—allowing for more efficient management, increased accountability, and greater investment potential.

Operating in 5+ terminals across Brunei Darussalam
Today, we operate across more than five major terminals throughout Brunei Darussalam, delivering a comprehensive suite of shipping solutions and support services.
