On 1st November 2025, New Heights Sdn. Bhd. was appointed to attend to a regional-size chemical tanker to provide comprehensive support in maritime clearance, berthing movements, mooring activities, and discharging operationsat the Muara Terminal Jetty of Brunei Shell Marketing (MTJ-BSM), located in Muara, Brunei Darussalam.

Leveraging our team’s extensive experience and technical expertise in handling oil and chemical tankers, New Heights coordinated closely with all relevant maritime authorities and the MTJ-BSM terminal operator to ensure every aspect of the operation was planned and executed with precision. Through diligent preparatory work and effective communication among all stakeholders, the vessel’s entire turnaround — from arrival to final departure — was completed smoothly within 12 hours, marking another benchmark in our commitment to operational excellence and reliability in the Brunei maritime sector.
