Vessel Shipping Agency for Brunei Fertilizer Industries

On 3rd February 2022, Brunei Fertilizer Industries (BFI)—the nation’s flagship urea production facility and a key player in Brunei’s push to diversify its  downstream oil and gas sector—achieved a major milestone with its first urea export shipment from BFI Terminal. New Heights had the distinct honor of being appointed by the  vessel owners to attend and oversee to the vessel’s loading operations on this historic occasion.

Through meticulous planning and seamless coordination across multiple channels—including the vessel’s master & crew, local maritime authorities, and  terminal representatives—we were able to assist in the smooth berthing, efficient loading, and timely departure of Brunei’s first Urea exports.
